• 1. On which version you release OpenCms templates?

  They are released at the latest product version available, except if you ask a different version.

• 2. In which form the project is released?

  The project is released in an OpenCms module form. If you wish it can be installed directly on your server where an OpenCms installation is already active, with no extra cost; in that case you will be asked for the login credentials.

• 3. Do you provide hosting services?

  Yes we provide hosting services on demand for your websites in multi website mode or in single website mode on virtual not exclusive servers. The annual costs are subjected to the website size. For a quotation please contact us by email

• 4. Do you make upgrades from older OpenCms versions?

  Yes, for more details please look at the Upgrade package, in Offer page.

• 5. Do you accept other graphic format than PSD?

  Yes, we can convert from any other graphic format : JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG, AI, EPS, CDR, BMP, PDF.

• 6. Is the XHTML code compatible with Mac OS browsers?

  Yes, we test the XHTML code on Mac OS driven computers to grant the full compliance with Safari.

• 7. Is the roll-over button management included?

  Yes, we do manage all the rollovers (CSS) at the same price.

Contractual and payment notices

• 1. Which payment methods do you accept?

  We accept on line transactions made with Visa and Mastercard cards, using 2Checkout as the transaction broker. 2Checkout accepts Paypal payments as well. We accept bank transfers payments too.

• 2. Do you make discounts?

  Yes we do make incremental discounts for amounts bigger than 3000 € (3001 - 5000: 10%, 5001 - 10000: 20%, over 10000 30%).

• 3. Which warranty period do you give for released templates or for developed software?

  We give a 90 days warranty about the modules we release, if not modified by the customer.

• 4. Do you provide refunds?

  We provide refunds in case of order cancellation before the project development start or in case we are not able to comply your requests.

Process management

• 1. Do you have a portfolio of your works?

  You can see some of our works at the Samples page. To respect our customers privacy we publish only works for which we received explicit authorization from our customer.

• 2. May we expect a quality level as in your portfolio?

  Quality and precision are part of our mission. We do continuously invest in training and update to offer always a product up to our customers expectations.

• 3. Which are the release times?

  The release times will be communicated within two working days from the order. Approximately we take three working days for the main template and two working days for the secondary templates.

• 4. Do you manage urgent orders?

  The main goal of our work is not to design in a hurry but to design well. However we can manage eventual urgent requests with a 20% extra price.
